Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welcome Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and promoting our hotel's amenities and services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
  • Showcase our Whatever/Whenever service, connecting with guests to provide tailored solutions and exceed their expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to high standards of hospitality.
  • Work rotating shifts, including weekends and evenings, when the hotel is busiest.
  • Stay prepared for each shift, utilizing Mise en Place to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Collaborate with other departments, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prioritize guest satisfaction, taking initiative to create unforgettable experiences.
  • Perform tasks such as luggage handling, room assignments, and mail delivery.
  • Provide expert knowledge of the hotel and city, recommending attractions and activities to guests.
  • Handle valet parking and other related duties.
  • Deliver excellent communication skills, working closely with colleagues and other departments to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum one-year experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury segment.
  • Fluency in English; Dutch and other languages an asset.
  • Valid driver's license (B) required.
  • Work permit for the Netherlands necessary.
