MAC Cosmetics - Make-up Artist - The Hague

As a professional make-up artist with a passion for beauty and people, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences within our trendsetting brand. You will continually exceed client expectations by showcasing your inspirational and creative skills in makeup artistry, while providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about makeup, our company, and our products. You will be part of a diverse and dynamic team that values diversity, creativity, and passion. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in makeup artistry and sales, while working in a luxurious environment. You will be responsible for providing inspiring, authentic, and personalized customer service, as well as staying up-to-date with the latest makeup trends. You will also have the opportunity to work flexibly during store hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in the beauty sector)
  • 2-3 years of make-up artistry experience
  • A degree as an esthetician and/or make-up artist is a plus
  • Service expertise in a luxurious environment: able to provide inspiring, authentic and personalized customer service
  • Social media-minded and up to date with the latest make-up trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prepared to work flexibly during store hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
  • Languages: Dutch and English
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus
