Senior Product Development Engineer – Innovative Solutions

Voor deze rol zoeken we een kandidaat met een proactieve en resultaatgerichte instelling, die in staat is om initiatieven te realiseren met assertiviteit en gericht is op heldere resultaten.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring, met een bachelor diploma (of hoger) in Werktuigbouwkunde, Industrieel Ontwerpen, of vergelijkbare praktische ervaring;
- Vloeiend in de Engelse taal, met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Ervaring in stakeholdermanagement, en het bevorderen van effectieve communicatie en samenwerking tussen verschillende betrokken partijen;
- Vaardig in het aansturen van engineering teams, het stimuleren van productiviteit en het efficiënt behalen van projectdoelen;
- Bekwaam in het creëren en evalueren van nauwkeurige 3D-modellen en 2D-tekeningen (bij voorkeur met Creo), evenals het gebruik van Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)-software (bij voorkeur Windchill);
- Ervaring met diverse productieprocessen, assemblagetechnieken, kwaliteitsborging en testmethoden (zoals spuitgieten, plaatbewerking, verpakking, eindprocessen, enz.)
