Are you a seasoned business analyst looking for a new challenge in the logistics industry?
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst IT to join our team at Istorm. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and translating them into software change requests.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze business processes to identify areas for optimization and implement changes
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth implementation of software changes
- Test new software developments and provide training to users
- Provide helpdesk support for new software developments
- Train users on new software and maintain user documentation
- Travel to other sites to roll out new software implementations
- Act as project manager on new startups, monitoring progress and recommending actions
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
You will also need to have experience with tools and systems related to the role, such as BPMN and Scrum.
Requirements:- Masters degree in Applied Economics, Information Management or equivalent through experience
- Excellent working knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Knowledge and experience of tools/systems/processes related to the role (BPMN, Scrum,...)
- Ability to manage work independently and coordinate priorities with stakeholders
