Chief Financial Strategist

DP World Australia is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team in Australia.

About the Role:

As a key member of our finance team, you will participate in the financial month-end close process, preparing account reconciliations and explanations, and ensuring the accuracy of numbers through analytical review.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the development of insights into OPEX and FTE cost for SG&A supporting functions.
• Contribution to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance finance operations.
• Assisting in the creation of statutory reports for legal entities.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics, with knowledge of VAT and Tax on wages.
• At least 4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP, BPC, and Qlik is advantageous.
• Knowledge of IFRS is essential.
• Dutch (C1) and English (C1) language skills, with excellent communication abilities.

Based on the job requirements, we estimate the salary to be around $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
