Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Agent to join our team. As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Process payments, handle guest complaints, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Technical Services, to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Upsell items and increase revenue by promoting hotel services and amenities.
  • Monitor and maintain hotel entrances and security, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
Requirements
  • Previous work experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Previous experience working with OnQ (PMS) or another PMS system.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond for guests.
