Job Description

We're looking for a talented Growth Marketing Analyst to elevate our online campaigns and push performance marketing to new heights. As a key member of our growth and performance teams, you'll collaborate closely to craft impactful campaigns across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to measure our performance marketing campaigns, identify opportunities, and support our growth/marketing teams.
  • Perform campaign reporting and conversion analysis, design and interpret experiment results, and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Use tools like SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Google Analytics to generate insights from large datasets.
  • Conduct customer segmentation to improve targeting.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of work experience in marketing or growth analytics in a fast-paced environment, start-up, scale up
  • MSc in Digital Marketing, Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with SQL (Python/R is a plus) with the demonstrated ability to learn new scripting languages
  • Ability to process and analyze complex data sets, and interpret them to make business decisions
  • Your communication skills allow you to convert abstract plans into digestible information for your team
  • Experience using mobile app analytics tools such as Firebase, Mixpanel, and Apple Analytics is a huge plus
  • EU citizenship or valid visa to work in the EU
