We are seeking a highly skilled Global Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our Early Careers team at Arcadis.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced role with multiple stakeholders, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail. As a Global Talent Acquisition Strategist, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting top talent for our Early Careers opportunities.

You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process, providing regular updates on pipeline progress and market data. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders, while your ability to manage conflicting priorities will ensure timely delivery of results.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to positively impact the future of our business by identifying and engaging top talent from around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Selection: Lead on sourcing for Early Careers opportunities, ensuring a strong pipeline of suitable candidates for each opportunity.
  • Candidate Experience: Support the attraction of Early Careers opportunities through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, On-Campus Events, Virtual Events, student society partnerships, and other channels identified.
  • Hiring Manager Support: Work closely with and become a trusted advisor to hiring managers as key stakeholders, giving them regular updates on their pipelines and market data as needed.
  • Feedback and Communication: Collate feedback from the business following screening and interviews and provide timely updates to candidates.
  • Offer Management and Onboarding: Offer management and onboarding activities to mitigate reneges of offers, ensuring clear and concise communication.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 cycles of experience within the European Market as an early careers recruiter.
  • Fluency in both English and Dutch, with proficiency in either German or French.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
  • The ability to positively challenge the norm and accepted ways of working, evidencing a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Driven and determined, yet empathetic to the needs of various stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • A passion and commitment to diversity and inclusion throughout all aspects of early careers.
  • Typical Arcadian skills, including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and being a team player.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
