Mechanical Engineering R&D Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our R&D department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a group of engineers in the development of innovative mechanical engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of engineers in the design and development of mechanical systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and implement creative solutions.
- Drive the development of new products and technologies, leveraging your expertise in mechanical engineering.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industrial partners, knowledge centers, and universities to support our product roadmap.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with experience in design principles of mechanical system development.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex mechanical engineering projects.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
