DSV is seeking a motivated Freight Forwarder Healthcare Specialist to join our team in Schiphol. As a key member of our air cargo logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate transportation of healthcare products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders in Cargowise and convert them into import and export shipments.
- Book shipments with (road) transporters, airlines, and carriers in a timely manner.
- Monitor shipments and ensure they proceed without issues.
- Provide updates and KPIs to customers via phone and email.
- Fulfill agreements with customers and provide them with achieved KPIs.
Requirements:
- MBO working and thinking level.
- At least 3 years' working experience in freight forwarding in the field of air cargo.
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English to communicate with customers.
