Job Title: Business Intelligence Specialist for Performance AnalysisAbout the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Friesland, Netherlands. This exciting opportunity will enable you to contribute to data-driven decision making and performance analysis within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide actionable insights into organizational performance against set goals, facilitating informed decision-making for management and employees.
  • Assess needs for management information and develop practical dashboards using PowerBI and SQL, empowering stakeholders with data-driven knowledge.
  • Manage data definitions and interpretations, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reports.
  • Maintain and manage reports, guaranteeing timely and relevant information for key stakeholders.
  • Support data scientists in developing and managing various data models, fostering collaboration and expertise-sharing.
  • Act as a liaison between data and business insights, bridging the gap between technical and strategic perspectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of work and thinking, demonstrating advanced analytical skills and critical thinking.
  • Knowledge and experience with Power BI, DAX, and/or SQL, with a strong emphasis on data visualization and querying.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring data quality and accuracy in all reports and analyses.
  • Values team collaboration, self-development, and innovative mindset, contributing to a dynamic and forward-thinking work environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with machine learning, Python, and/or Azure is a significant advantage, enhancing your ability to drive business growth through data-driven insights.
