As a Senior Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with international client portfolios.

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver state-of-the-art solutions using modern legal tech platform solutions.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive sales plans, maintaining post-sales contact with clients, and facilitating positive and productive long-term relationships.

You will communicate with customers regarding account problems, discuss customer concerns and suggestions, and focus efforts on product feedback, enhancement, upgrades, and development.

Main Tasks:

  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales objectives via prospecting and account management
  • Develop sales strategy for assigned accounts and successfully manage deals through the entire sales cycle
  • Communicate with international customers regarding any account problems and discuss customer concerns and suggestions
  • Negotiate service/product terms with customers in line with guidelines
  • Report suggestions to and develop solutions with sales, order processing, and customer support team
  • May handle add-on sales for clients
  • Travel to and attend conferences, events, and customer meetings as required
  • Create consistently high-quality proposals mirroring the right value proposition
  • Delivery of presentations solutions to a broad audience, clearly submitting ideas, concepts, and solutions to the customer

A salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year is offered, depending on experience. The position also comes with benefits such as 3 days mobile working, flexible working hours, 30 days vacation, and time off on Shrove Monday, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve.

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years working in Account Management or Sales or other equivalent experience, preferably in sales of services or software solutions. Knowledge of the legal sector is a plus.
