About the Role:

As a Commercial & Sales Leader SRC Benelux, you will be responsible for leading the local Benelux zone S&RC business to drive growth and business success. You will contribute to the Europe Market SPOR process aligned with the annual cycle, invest in and arrange appropriate and affordable capabilities for the Market, and define a specific S&RC local commercial strategy in line with the Europe Market strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage effective relations with top customers, channel partners, end-users, and stakeholders.
  • Drive the execution of the EMEA SRC marketing plan, including NPI and portfolio management for products, solutions, and services in the local market.
  • Establish key sales commercial and operations plans, including processes and strategies for distribution, contracting, business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI selection.
  • Negotiate contracts and prices within the limits of the sales plan and sales policy.
  • Develop clear and achievable strategies, objectives, and tactical plans based on segmentation, customer needs, and market conditions synchronized with the EMEA strategy.
Requirements:
  • Proven skills in communicating with all levels internally and externally, up to and including C-suite level.
  • Results-oriented, taking personal accountability to deliver results.
  • Problem-solving skills, able to find solutions to difficult or complex issues.
  • Skills in collaborating with and influencing stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Dutch, English, and preferably German.
