About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our Strategic and Regulatory Change (SRC) team at ABN AMRO Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing the Sustainable Finance Regulations (SFR) program, collaborating with IT and Business colleagues to support different capabilities within the bank related to mandatory disclosures, improving data architecture, data processes, and data quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the SFR program, ensuring timely and effective delivery of sustainable finance objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of data architecture, data processes, and data quality.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement processes to establish a solid control framework on data.
  • Ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively, with a focus on project closure and handover to the Business-as-Usual organisation.
About You

We are looking for a passionate and hard-working professional with a sharp eye for details. You should have a proven track record as an experienced Project/Program Manager in IT & business services delivery, with extensive experience in regulatory change projects and knowledge of ESG regulations. You should also have experience with direct stakeholder-facing management roles, interfacing to various contacts at both program and project levels.
