Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

In this role, you will oversee the engineering team, managing maintenance and improvement of production lines and equipment. You will work closely with Shift Leaders to ensure efficient operations and minimize downtime.

  • Direct the engineering team to maintain and improve production efficiency
  • Oversee technical aspects, including machine efficiency and quality control
  • Liaise with suppliers and provide training to Machine Operators
  • Maintain databases and inventory systems

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • An MBO-level education in engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar)
  • A minimum of years' experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of production environments and technical skills
