Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technology Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Functional Expert Services Team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Enablon Best Practice Templates and Certified add-ons.

You will contribute to the setup, configuration, testing, delivery, and documentation of these templates and add-ons to meet new customer/market needs. You will work closely with Business Analysts to identify software solutions that meet our business requirements and provide technical expertise to determine feasibility and fit.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing enhancements to Best Practice Templates' and Certified add-ons.
  • Performing configurations, scripting, and solutions adaptations to implement requirements.
  • Enabling and configuring new features introduced by the Enablon Product Team.
  • Assisting in packaging Settings & Data Content related to Best Practice Templates.
  • Tracking and troubleshooting issues related to configuration, network, security, performance, database, and delivering fixes.
  • SUPPORTING THE ENABLON UPGRADE SERVICES TEAM WITH THE UPGRADES OF THE BEST PRACTICES TEMPLATES.
  • Supporting technical activities and discussions with the Professional Services Team, Quality Assurance Team, and Upgrade Services Team during internal project activities.
  • Participating in various internal initiatives related to Best Practice Templates, such as Automated Tests, and End-To-End Testing.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation.
  • Assisting in developing solution delivery practices, processes, and methodologies.
  • Analyzing technical feasibility and estimating implementation effort.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A 4-year degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts related to technology implementation.
  • Nice to have: 1+ years working in a software engineering or implementation consultant role.
  • Experience in Software Product Development or Software Implementation.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of software development lifecycle and activities.
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with your skills and experience, ranging from €60,000 to €90,000 per year, depending on qualifications. This includes a bonus plan and a permanent contract with a probation period of 2 months.

You will have the flexibility to balance your time between working from home (up to 3 days) or from our well-equipped offices.
