SMB Central Partner Development Manager

Worldline is seeking a seasoned Partner Manager to drive growth in our global ISV partnerships. As a key member of our Merchant Services business line, you will be responsible for developing and growing strategic partnerships that help us accelerate our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct sales management of multiregion and ISV partners, including development of external revenue and order entry.
- Recruit and develop strategic partners to open up new business opportunities and sectors.
- Co-manage multi-GTM partners with Enterprise partner management.
- Develop and grow our most strategic partners within the ISV sector.
- Be a consultant to our partners and future partners.
- Monitor SMB performance KPIs and ensure alignment of partner organisations with best practices within SMB organisation.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of partner management experience.
- Relevant experience in B2B services and technology intensive businesses.
- Strong analytical skills, planning and structured approach.
- Fluent in English.
