This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a proactive leader with a strong background in team development and extensive experience in customer service management. You will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the customer service experience for our wholesale clients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and support.

As a Senior Manager, Customer Service, you will be part of the Wholesale Operations Support team and will report to the VP Supply Chain. You will work closely with other departments, including Sales, Production, Logistics, and Warehouse, to ensure that our products are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a college degree and previous experience in B2B Wholesale Operations Support in a leadership position. You will have strong leadership skills, empathy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance the customer service experience for our wholesale clients
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that our products are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards
  • Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and support to direct reports
  • Represent the Customer Service department in a professional manner at all times
