Job Title: Accident & Health Underwriter - Dutch Market Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Underwriter with a focus on Accident & Health to join our team at Zurich Insurance Benelux. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the Dutch market for Accident & Health, with a focus on Group personal accident, business travel, affinities, and tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement underwriting strategies for the Dutch market.
  • Proactively seek renewal and new account opportunities.
  • Provide an effective, timely, and efficient account management service to partners and brokers.
  • Monitor underwriting processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Actively cross- and up sell on accounts across A&H and other Lines of Business.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience underwriting in the insurance sector, preferably in A&H.
  • A proven track record in a commercial role.
  • Prior experience in (international) affinity and/or travel schemes is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, French fluency is an added bonus.
