Regional Sales Manager for Hotel Chain Expansion

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Arnhem. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our hotel chain across the region.

**About the Role:**

  • We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry.
  • As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue from existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities that align with our hotel chain's commercial objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the international hotel industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the (international) hotel market and a keen eye for new opportunities.
  • Strong networker with a proven track record in client relationships.

  • A competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
