Senior Quality Assurance Engineering Manager

At Knab, we're looking for an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead our QA capability and drive quality in our solutions. This is a challenging position in a young, fast-growing FinTech company where you can make a real impact.
We're committed to delivering high-quality services that meet our customers' needs. As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll play a key role in defining and implementing our testing strategy, ensuring that our solutions are thoroughly tested and meet the required standards.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in testing and test automation, with expertise in setting up test strategies and managing testing frameworks. You'll be familiar with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium and Specflow/Cucumber (BDD), as well as API testing tools like Postman/Newman/RestSharp. Experience with CI/CD tooling, cloud platforms, and performance testing tools is also highly valued.
You'll work closely with our development team to ensure that our solutions are of the highest quality, and collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement. Your strong communication skills and ability to coach and train peers will enable you to effectively communicate your vision and drive results.
