About the Team

ZF's Global Front Office is a key component of our organization, providing critical support to the business by managing cash and financial risks. This role reports to the Head of Global Front Office and works closely with colleagues in the team, other departments, and banks. What you could expect as a High Impact Cash Management Specialist

  • Manage FX and cash management activities globally to optimize FX and interest results
  • Analyze cash forecasts and execute efficient short-term financing and foreign exchange transactions to ensure cash availability where needed
  • Determine and execute hedging transactions to reduce FX cash flow and balance sheet exposures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with banks' foreign exchange desks for optimal coverage
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and establish standards for cash disposition, forecasting, and liquidity reporting
  • Suggest process improvements and implement relevant TMS settings
  • Support standardization, harmonization, and digitalization projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Treasury/Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or data science qualification
  • 3+ years of experience in cash management and foreign exchange at a large multinational company
  • Continuous improvement track record, ability to work under stress, and tight deadlines
  • Strong team and communication skills, interest in financial markets, and process automation
  • Fluent English; German is a plus
