Role Overview

We are currently staffing a role as a Sales Expansion Lead at a well-funded SaaS start-up with triple-digit revenue growth.

In this position, you will lead the market expansion and develop into the role as Country Manager to drive the ramp-up of the business in The Netherlands. You'll start by building your own sales team from scratch and ensure it's ready for exponential growth in the years ahead. You should lead by example and do outbound sales yourself, as you love talking to leads and customers.

With this role, you'll get a top entrepreneurial opportunity as a co-founder of the NL organisation while starting with a proven business model, guaranteed funding, and a leadership team of serial entrepreneurs who will help you succeed in your role.

This is the perfect transitioning role for aspiring leaders/entrepreneurs with decent sales experience (4 yrs+) from fast-growing digital companies. Additionally, you should have top English and Dutch language skills (C1).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the market expansion and ramp-up of the business in The Netherlands - starting with the sales organisation.

• Thrive in coaching and mentoring talented team members and helping them continuously improve and meet ambitious goals.
