Job Description

As the Global Head of Rewards, you will play a pivotal role in shaping ARLANXEO's Global Reward & Mobility packages, driving a performance-oriented culture through competitive rewards and mobility systems. Your expertise in compensation and benefits strategy will be instrumental in aligning our shareholder's interests with the broader corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Global Reward & Mobility strategy, addressing complex challenges and opportunities.
  • Align internal Global Reward & Mobility policies with our shareholder's policies, ensuring they are in service of ARLANXEO's overarching corporate strategy.
  • Clearly articulate the Global Reward & Mobility strategy in relation to ARLANXEO's mission, vision, and values.
  • Develop and manage international compensation and incentive plans, supporting the remuneration committee to ensure coherence across cultures and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Define ARLANXEO's international data requirements and utilize external data to diagnose HR issues and enhance HR practices.
  • Oversee the annual compensation review, specifying and communicating objectives, processes, timelines, criteria, and financial parameters.
  • Build strong relationships with internal clients, acting as a business partner to support the delivery of business strategies, policies, and objectives.
  • Provide specialist advice to the leadership team and HR Business Partners, guiding the implementation of policies and the design of projects and change initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business administration, finance, HR, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits strategy, with a strong focus on international matrix organizations.
  • International exposure and experience working across Europe, North & South America, and Asia.
  • Strong leadership skills, business acumen, and ability to instill trust, drive vision, and purpose.
  • Global perspective and ability to balance stakeholder needs while ensuring accountability and effective global decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch and/or German is an advantage.
