Inventory Manager

Ben jij een analytisch ingestelde en communicatief vaardige professional die graag een bijdrage wil leveren aan het voorraadbeleid van Thales Nederland? Als Inventory Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het monitoren, analyseren en rapporteren van de voorraadpositie. Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen, waaronder Finance, Product segmenten, Procurement, Industry en externe partners, om een zo goed mogelijke balans tussen cash, cost en customer-satisfaction te bereiken.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Beheren en onderhouden van het voorraadbeleid, -proces en bijbehorende instructies in samenwerking met Finance.
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor de organisatie met betrekking tot voorraden.
  • Aansluiten bij het S&OP proces in samenwerking met de S&OP Supply planner en Material Manager.
  • Monitoren en bewaken van interne voorraadniveaus en deze bij externe partners.
  • Coördineren en uitvoeren van acties om de gestelde Inventory doelstellingen te behalen.
  • Signaleren van trends en ontwikkelingen in de voorraad en adviseren over mogelijk te nemen maatregelen/ verbeteringen en deze vervolgens uitvoeren.
  • Zorg dragen voor de voorraad rapportage en voortgang van verbeterprojecten.
  • Analyseren van de voorraadrapportage en komen tot verbeterdoelen en verbeterplannen op het gebied van voorraadbeleid, voorraadbeheer, parameter settings en voorraadreductie en deze ook uitvoeren.
  • Voorbereiden en coördineren van cycle counts en scrapacties.
  • Initiëren en managen van logistieke verbeterprocessen die bijdragen aan een zo goed mogelijke balans tussen cash, cost en customer-satisfaction.
