Inside Sales Account Manager

Sensitech, a leader in supply chain visibility solutions, is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented sales professional to drive revenue growth and manage client accounts within the Netherlands and Scandinavia region.
This role involves selling Sensitech's portfolio of products and services remotely through virtual meetings and phone interactions. Key responsibilities include achieving assigned annual revenue growth and territory quota, overseeing and growing existing small and medium accounts, sourcing new sales opportunities, conducting market research, closing sales, and collaborating with regionally-focused territory managers to maximize account potential.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree or equivalent, at least 3 years of relevant experience in sales or account management, and advanced knowledge of sales strategies and practices. They should also have practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs, or systems, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will work in a collaborative environment where innovation and professional growth are encouraged. With a flexible hybrid work model, you'll have the opportunity to work both on-site in our Sassenheim office and remotely, allowing for a balanced and adaptable work-life integration.
