We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Scent Design Associate to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a key member of our Fragrance Development team, you will be responsible for developing innovative scent strategies and leading regional projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop creative strategies for fragrance development and lead regional projects
- Further develop business knowledge and grow technical expertise
- Utilize internal processes and tools to support the overall Home & Fabric Care business strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and consumer preferences
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant field (Science or Business)
- Excellent olfactive capabilities (candidates will be required to complete an internal smelling test)
- 1-3 years of industry experience in a fragrance house or consumer goods company
- Home Care category experience is a plus
- Project Management experience, ideally with some fragrance/product development
