About the Role

CYCLE Mobility Holding GmbH is seeking a highly skilled e-bike technician to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our e-bike fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections and maintenance tasks on e-bikes to ensure they are in top condition.
  • Diagnose and repair any issues with e-bikes, utilizing your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and procure additional supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with our logistics team to maintain a smooth and efficient delivery process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Passion for e-bikes and a strong understanding of their mechanics.
  • Basic technical skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for work purposes.
