Job Summary

As a Senior Commercial FP&A Manager at Foot Locker, you will play a key role in driving business growth and profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain annual and multi-year plans for the company's Omni Channel platform. Your expertise in financial planning and analysis will help identify process improvements and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and standardize financial and operational performance metrics to drive insights and synergies.
  • Identify operating improvements and analyze business opportunities, including cost structures and investments.
  • Lead and deliver projects to increase profitability and improve current business practices.
  • Partner with global teams to develop strategic initiatives and implement processes to prioritize resource decisions.
  • Translate multi-year goal statements into key performance indicators to diagnose positive or negative trends and support business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Finance or equivalent.
  • 4-6 years in finance roles with progressively increasing levels of responsibilities.
  • 3+ years of dedicated FP&A experience.
  • Experience in FMCG, Ecom, Retail and/or Telecom is a plus.
