Lemongrass Thai TakeAway is seeking an experienced and passionate Thai Cuisine Specialist to join our kitchen team. We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge of Thai cooking methods, who is capable of preparing both traditional and modern dishes that will surprise and satisfy our guests.

About the Role:

• Preparing and Cooking Thai Dishes: You will prepare authentic Thai dishes, ensuring a perfect balance of flavors and presentation.
• Inventory Management and Purchasing: You will efficiently manage the kitchen inventory, ensuring that all necessary high-quality ingredients are available. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering fresh products on time.
• Maintaining Hygiene and Safety Standards: You will ensure a clean and safe working environment by strictly adhering to hygiene guidelines and safety regulations.
• Menu Development: You will contribute ideas for new menu items and keep up with the latest trends in Thai cuisine.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in a professional kitchen with a focus on Thai dishes, and you are fully familiar with Thai flavors and cooking methods.
• Comprehensive Knowledge: You possess a deep understanding of Thai herbs, spices, and cooking techniques, and you can skillfully apply these in your dishes.
• Communication and Teamwork: You are a team player who can communicate well with colleagues and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
• Availability: You are willing to work evenings and weekends, and you can be flexible to meet the restaurant's needs.
