Job Title: Area Health Manager

About the Role:

Archer Daniels Midland Company is seeking a highly skilled Area Health Manager to lead our health and safety initiatives across the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing standardized health and safety programs, monitoring performance, and providing technical direction to ensure compliance with corporate and local requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement health and safety strategies to reduce work-related injuries and illnesses
- Collaborate with locations to establish a sustainable safety culture based on meeting goals, SIF prevention, and continuous risk reduction
- Monitor and evaluate health and safety performance, suggesting corrective actions to improve performance
- Liaise with relevant business units to align ADM policies, programs, and goals

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Safety Management, Safety Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Experience in management system auditing, incident investigations, and behavior-based safety
- Advanced knowledge of process safety topics, including explosion prevention, PHA, and Seveso
- Fluency in English and ideally French language skills
- 5+ years of experience in a safety-related or management role, preferably in an industrial environment
