Job Description:

As a Facility Supervisor at DSV, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics facilities. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating facility tasks, supervising maintenance, and leading a team of external technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate facility tasks, including waste management, cleaning, and minor maintenance
  • Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of assets and infrastructure
  • Lead external technicians and ensure efficient deployment
  • Allocate tasks within the team, coach, and mentor employees
  • Conduct performance reviews and meetings, and meet legal obligations

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English languages
  • Experience with new construction or mechanization projects within a logistics environment
