We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Team Lead to join our team at Resato Hydrogen Technology BV.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5-12 Assembly employees. You will ensure that the team performs optimally, controlling the substantive components and ensuring that work is carried out properly. You will also be responsible for training employees and working closely with the Assembly Manager and Installation Coordinator.

You will participate in working groups to speed up assembly work, check work for clarity and completeness, and provide feedback to the Engineering department in case of any deviations. Additionally, you will ensure complete administrative handling of internal test protocols and maintain time administration.

In this role, you will lead the team, dividing work, giving instructions, and motivating employees. You will also ensure the enforcement of operating, maintenance, occupational health, and safety regulations and monitor the quality and quantity of work.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • An MBO 4 education in electrical engineering, installation technology, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics
  • Managerial capabilities and experience as a manager in an assembly environment
  • A great sense of responsibility and a flexible attitude
  • The ability to motivate and enthuse your team
  • A good command of Dutch and English (advantage)
