About the Role

Nutreco, a leading global provider of innovative aquafeed solutions and animal nutrition, is seeking a highly skilled Young Professional Program Manager to join its Global Supply Chain team. This pivotal role plays a critical part in shaping the future of our supply chain talent pipeline.

As the successful candidate, you will oversee the development and management of the Young Professional Program (YPP), ensuring that young professionals are well-prepared to meet the challenges of tomorrow. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with top leadership and various stakeholders across the organization to enhance the program's impact.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and execute program activities to ensure the success of the Young Professional Program.
  • Provide guidance and support to young professionals within the program.
  • Identify opportunities for program enhancement and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate Academy Weeks, fostering an environment for knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Manage compliance-related activities around international rotations, working closely with the international mobility team.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as HR, talent management, coaching, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and talent management, coaching, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of guiding and developing young professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and practices.
