The Department & Team

Tommy Hilfiger Womenswear is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute global collection strategies. Your expertise will be essential in managing range planning, product development, and sales forecasting to optimize delivery processes and minimize inventory risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global product merchandising strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage range planning, product development, and sales forecasting to optimize delivery processes and minimize inventory risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute global collection strategies.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the product merchandising team.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to inform product development and merchandising decisions.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in merchandising and product management.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability in a global product merchandising role.
  • Strong expertise in premium womenswear products and global market landscapes.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to provide detailed reporting and present complex information to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix-based environment with multiple seasons and priorities.
