About the RoleJob Summary
As a key member of our Benelux Sales Department, you will play a vital role in driving sell-out performance across the North West region of the Netherlands. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your commercial leadership skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth
Analyze weekly sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and set clear, actionable strategies to increase Dyson's market share.
Lead a Team of ExpertsDevelop and lead a team of 8-10 Experts, coaching them through regular store visits and meaningful 1:1 discussions.
Collaborate with Retail TeamsWork closely with retail operations and activation teams to deliver excellence in execution and ensure all Dyson displays meet brand standards.
Build Strong RelationshipsEstablish strong relationships with retail partners, including store CCOs, department managers, and key influencers to promote Dyson's products and enhance brand advocacy.
About You- Commercial Experience
You have a proven track record of driving sales performance and excellent leadership skills, with previous experience managing and developing teams.
Strong Analytical SkillsYou are able to assess sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent Communication SkillsYou have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally and externally.
