Job Title: CT Field Marketing Manager

Your Challenge:

As the bridge between our innovative products and regional teams, you will design and execute impactful marketing strategies tailored to business clients, including healthcare facilities and medical device distributors. Your goal will be to drive visibility, customer engagement, and commercial success.

Your Role:

  1. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and maximize engagement, identifying critical enablers for success in the region.
  2. Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and client needs.
  3. Use market intelligence to identify areas to focus sales activities, potential disruption, and opportunities to increase impact in the field.
  4. Design and execute tactical marketing initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights.
  5. Enable the sales team to be effective with sales assets, messaging, targeting, and engagement.
  6. Develop and maintain competitive intelligence.
  7. Measure performance and impact with data and analytics.
  8. Represent the voice of sales for your region across the CT Product Management and Marketing team.

You're the Right Fit If:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • > 5 years of related experience in Field Marketing or adjacent fields.
  • Ability to synthesize market and customer feedback and existing and new products into targeted campaigns and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with a talent for building strong professional relationships and influencing colleagues.
  • Ability to lead the development and implementation of region-specific Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Experience in high-tech, healthcare/med-tech solutions businesses in B2B environments.
  • Knowledge of commercial and marketing processes, planning, and budgeting.
  • Understanding of the area of specialization and resolving complex issues in creative ways.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
