We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Worker to join our dynamic production team at Dujob. As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and construction of various products, including air handling units, installations, frames, and wood constructions.


About the Job:
  • You will be responsible for performing assembly and construction tasks for a wide range of products and structures, utilizing advanced tools and machines, and applying innovative techniques.
  • Your daily tasks will include cutting, measuring, sawing, drilling, assembling, and preparing products for the next production department.
  • You will ensure that each part fits and functions perfectly within the larger structure, conducting visual inspections and testing products to meet the highest quality standards.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Process products by cutting, measuring, sawing, drilling, and assembling, ensuring precise fit and function.
  2. Monitor the quality of products, conducting regular inspections and tests to meet or exceed quality standards.
  3. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement, proposing changes to reduce lead times and minimize waste.
  4. Work collaboratively with the team to implement process improvements, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.
  5. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to applicable safety regulations and best practices.

What We Offer:
  • An attractive salary of €2,300 to €2,600 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • A full-time position in a 40-hour workweek, with the possibility of overtime.
  • 25 vacation days based on a full-time workweek, with the possibility to accumulate extra leave days.
