Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional IT Support Representative to join our team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. As a key member of our IT Support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technology support to our employees, troubleshooting technical issues, creating knowledge base articles, and reporting issue resolutions back to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support to our staff, ensuring they have seamless access to technology resources.
  • Hardware and Software Management: Manage hardware shipments, configure technology systems, maintain asset inventory, and ensure timely decommissioning of accounts.
  • Cloud System Support: Offer assistance with specific cloud systems used by our corporation, including provisioning and deprovisioning office access for users.
  • Network Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve network-related issues, collaborating with the IT team to implement solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of demonstrated experience supporting Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Google Workspace Proficiency: Proficient in using Google Workspace applications.
  • Remote User Support: Experience supporting both local and remote users.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Highly adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Self-motivated, dedicated to finding solutions, and driven to deliver high-quality results.
