Marketing Business Development Partner

CLEVR is seeking a skilled Marketing Business Partner to join our team. As a Marketing Business Partner, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and strategies in all of CLEVR's sales regions. This role focuses on increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and driving awareness by organizing and attending events, and in-person interactions. The Marketing Business Partner serves as the face of CLEVR in the region and works closely with the sales team to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help define the local marketing plan as part of the global plan, set KPIs and regularly report progress to internal stakeholders.
- Plan and execute local demand generation activities based on the global marketing strategy, and the local go-to-market plan to build brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.
- Execute locally on account-based-marketing campaigns in collaboration with sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners and collect and analyze feedback to apply in future marketing strategies.
- Plan, organize, and attend regional sales and marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars and customer / partner / employee events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
- Prior experience in business-to-business technology services for a broad spectrum of industries
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and strong commercial acumen.
- Experience creating and executing targeted campaigns.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with marketing technologies and tools, including marketing automation and data analysis platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial.
- Fluent in English, verbally and in writing. Other languages, like Dutch, German or Norwegian are a plus.
