About this role

As a Project Excellence Manager, you will have the opportunity to strengthen project management within TNO. Your goal is to ensure that TNO consistently delivers successful projects.

Key responsibilities
  • You will be a sparring partner for everyone involved in projects, from project managers to the executive board.
  • You will identify structural issues and work with colleagues across the organization on tangible improvements.
  • You will support, coach, and guide project managers, assist units in developing their pool of project managers, and collaborate with HR and the PM Guild on development programs.

You will bring your experience as a project manager to this role, leveraging your expertise and coaching skills to achieve the desired changes.

Requirements
  • Extensive project management experience, preferably with complex and innovative projects.
  • Skilled at communicating and influencing at all levels within the organization.
  • Driven to bring about improvements in an organization and have a desire for constant self-improvement and development.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
About the salary

The gross monthly salary is between € 4,300 and € 7,200 (based on your knowledge and experience), including 8% holiday pay, a 13th month bonus of 8.33%, and a flex budget.
