About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customers in the Emerging Channels Netherlands team, driving category growth, and building strong internal and external relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and develop Customer Plans, lead year-end negotiations, and analyze and recommend new ideas on how to improve sales in existing categories and/or with new channels and customers.
  • Drive category growth, provide advice to customers on how to achieve category growth, and work with the team to develop business plans.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, responsible for building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
  • Be accountable for all products within the business, including our world-famous Pringles brand and our brilliant Kellogg cereals products.
Requirements
  • Previously worked as a Junior Key Account Manager with HQ experience and worked for/with A-brands in the FMCG sector.
  • Ambition to grow to a (people) leadership position in the future.
  • Analytical, strategic, results-oriented & self-confident.
  • Great communication and relationship building skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and good in English.
