Job Title: Strategic Marketing Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Marketing Director to lead our Health & Nutrition business unit. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth, enhance customer loyalty, and increase market share.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns, manage marketing budgets, and analyze marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

About You:

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B strategic marketing, preferably in the medical, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and/or nutritional ingredients industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer loyalty.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex marketing concepts and strategies effectively.
