**Accelerate Your Career with Our European Graduate Program**


Avery Dennison Materials Europe invites ambitious and innovative graduates to join our 2-year rotational European Graduate Program, designed to develop your skills and knowledge in Operations/Manufacturing.


As a member of our dynamic team, you will embark on a series of 12-month assignments in various areas of Operations/Manufacturing across Europe, working on exciting projects and collaborating with experienced professionals.


Key responsibilities will include:



  • Supporting local and European continuous improvement and optimization projects in areas such as Process Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Enterprise Lean Six Sigma, Manufacturing For Future / Digital Transformation, and Environment Health & Safety
  • Involvement in project work, including new equipment installation and machine modifications
  • Manufacturing key projects and Teamleader roles can be considered for the second rotation

During your journey, you will receive comprehensive support through our Mentoring and Training Program, combined with on-the-job learning, to enable you to build your skills and transition from college to the corporate workplace.

**Requirements**



  • University Degree (Bachelor or Master) in a relevant Engineering field, such as Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Energy / Industrial / Production / Safety Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of relevant practical experience (e.g., internships, project work), ideally in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • First experiences with Lean Manufacturing are a plus
  • Additional language skills in French or German are a plus
