Our store needs a leader

As a Shiftleider Operatie, you will be responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly in our store. You will be in charge of receiving, storing, replenishing and removing products, and optimizing our processes to ensure maximum efficiency. You will also be responsible for guiding and coaching your team members, making sure they are aware of their tasks and responsibilities before each shift.

Your role will be to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store, ensuring that our customers feel at home. You will work closely with the Manager Operatie to discuss the progress of your team members and monitor their development.

What do you need to bring to the table?
  • At least a (V)mbo-level
  • Experience in retail and/or with store processes
  • Leadership qualities
  • Affinity with technology and digital tools
