About the Program

Nutreco, a pioneer in animal nutrition and aquafeed, is seeking talented young professionals to join its Global Supply Chain Young Professional Program. This 18-month program is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including sustainability, procurement, quality, manufacturing, logistics, planning, and engineering.

Program Highlights

  • Three six-month rotations in different supply chain areas, including international locations
  • Hands-on experience in supply chain excellence, working on challenging tasks and projects
  • Opportunity to develop a personal network in a collaborative environment
  • Access to industry-specific knowledge and expertise from global locations and Opcos
  • Skills Development Academy weeks for job-specific learning and personal development

What We're Looking For

We're seeking candidates with a strong technical academic background, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Business Administration. A maximum of one to two years of experience in supply chain, business administration, or manufacturing environments is preferred. Strong proficiency in business English and local language is required, along with global mobility and adaptability.
