About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team at Enjins. As a key member of our Machine Learning team, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative AI solutions for our customers.

With a strong background in Machine Learning Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of experience, you will be able to coach and manage project delivery, teams, and accounts. Your ability to connect with clients on a board level (CTO, CFO, CIO, etc.) to achieve maximum results will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the ML Engineering team and work in small teams on ML projects to achieve maximum impact at our customers.
  • Apply your machine learning, engineering, and business knowledge to guide others and manage a growing set of accounts.
  • Develop and implement robust ML applications for our clients, working on building new solutions and ironing out any old integration problems.
  • Lead the ML team to new heights and bring your experience to solve any development issues.
Requirements
  • Relevant background in Machine Learning Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in coaching and managing project delivery, teams, and accounts.
  • Ability to connect with clients on a board level (CTO, CFO, CIO, etc.) to achieve maximum results.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and data engineering.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), networking, ETL/ELT-tools, and understanding of the basic concepts of MLOps.
