Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts & Marketing: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure testability of requirements and seamless integration of test plans.
  • Develop Test Plans: Create detailed test plans and cases to thoroughly evaluate product performance and quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance tests and design performance tests using sophisticated testing procedures.
  • Report Defects: Create a report with the test results and collaborate with the team to file problem reports with the right severity and priority.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any errors, streamlining testing procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Test Strategy Implementation: Design, develop, implement, and deploy effective test strategies, plans, and processes for a range of products.
  • Advanced Technology Research: Stay updated with the latest technology trends and research to ensure our testing procedures align with industry standards.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with network engineers, support, and operations teams to cultivate a smooth product launch.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Validated experience as a Test Engineer in a high-tech environment and familiarity with various testing techniques.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in creating and carrying out test plans, familiarity with quality assurance methodologies, and experience with analyzing and solving hardware and software issues.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively.
