Semicon Customer Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Semicon Customer Care Specialist to join our Air Logistics Semicon Team at Schiphol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling the outsourced logistics flow of goods from our clients in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at our client side and generate new (strategic) opportunities with them;
- Evaluate and optimize the export process to improve efficiency, reduce cost and enhance customer satisfaction;
- Prepare various documents such as customs transit documents, customs clearance documents, and transport documents;
- Identify and mitigate risks such as delays, damages or regulatory compliance issues;
- Work closely with your colleagues within our organisation to develop creative and/or innovative solutions to our customer's needs;
- Ensure that all work instructions, SOP & processes are set up and also maintain them, in addition to follow-up /updates of the software systems within your responsibilities.
- At least 3 years of work experience in a fast paced environment, preferably in semicon freight forwarding or airfreight industry;
- Organisationally and administratively strong, able to set priorities and separate main issues from side issues;
- Attention to detail and able to multitask;
- Customer- and service-oriented attitude;
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing. Dutch is an asset;
- Strong communication and negotiations skills;
- Available 40 hours per week.
We offer a challenging position in a dynamic working environment in which development and progress are important. You will join an ambitious and energetic team. We work in a flexible working schedule whereas your private life-work balance is optimal. You will start with an annual contract, and if everyone is satisfied, resulting in a permanent employment afterwards. In addition to an marktconform salary, we also offer a good pension scheme and travel allowance. You will have 24 vacation days and 3.5 atv days and you have the option to buy additional days. Kuehne + Nagel is a good and reliable company, therefore a VGB+VOG is requested at the start.
