Job Description: F&B Assistant


Estimated Salary: €28,000 - €35,000 per year (dependent on experience)


  • This role involves working in the hotel kitchen and bar, actively participating in daily operations, including cleaning tasks.
  • You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet, planning and implementing quality and HACCP standards in the kitchen and bar, controlling food storage and inventory, and ordering/purchasing goods.
  • This position also entails managing staff duty rosters and taking responsibility as shift leader to ensure smooth operation during shifts.

Requirements and Qualifications


  • We seek a reliable, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
  • The ideal candidate should have some experience in gastronomy or hospitality, although it's not a requirement.
  • Good English language skills are essential, with additional languages being an advantage.
